Recommended Dosage
Spray 1–2 times into each nostril, 1–3 times daily.
Directions for Use
Insert the spray nozzle into the nostril.
Tilt the head to one side and spray into the upper nostril.
Return the head to an upright position and allow the mucus to drain out.
Gently wipe the nostril clean.
Repeat the same steps for the other nostril.
